• Regular food menus and in Villa Dining will not be available on these nights.

RESORT TRANSFER POLICY: 

Transfer mode must be specified and confirmed along with the booking, the Resort offers 2 different modes of transport:

SEAPLANE TRANSFER-DAY TIME:

• The seaplane transfer from the Seaplane Terminal to the Resort take about 40 minutes. Seaplane transfer may have possible stop/s en route.
• Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the Resort Airport Host who will assist with the check-in at the Seaplane counter. If the guests don't see the Resort Airport Host, please proceed to the nearby Sun Siyam Resort Counter #21, where a Representative will assist you. 
• The Resort or Seaplane Company provides a 5 minute transfer to the Seaplane Terminal, where guests relax in the luxury Resort Lounge before their seaplane departs for the Resort. Every effort will be made to transfer the guest to the resort within 3hours of arriving at the lounge subject to vendor services.
• Guests arriving on international flights will be required to check–in at the TMA seaplane counter in the international arrivals terminal before 15:30hrs in order to be able to transfer to the resort on the same day or they will require overnight accommodation in Male (under their own arrangement) and will be transferred to the resort the following morning. 
• Domestic transfer can be arranged subject to availability.
• Guests departing Male on an international flight prior to 09:00hrs will be transferred late the previous afternoon. Accommodation can be booked in Mae at an additional cost. 
• International airline policy requires passengers to check-in no later than 3 hours before flight time. The last flight departure from the Resort is about 4pm, however due to bad weather the flight can be scheduled earlier.
• Private seaplane transfers can be arranged on request. Rates are subject to change and therefore need to be reconfirmed with the resort.
• The allowance for checked-in luggage is 20 kilos and hand carry is 5 kilos per person; above which there is an excess charge of US$5.00 per Kilo + GST charges. In extraordinary circumstances, luggage may be transported by a later flight (policies & procedures as per TMA regulations). Resort does not take any liability for delaying the guest luggage due to these reasons. 
• In rare instances, due to circumstances beyond the control of Seaplane Company and/or the Resort, such as unfavorable weather conditions, the seaplane may depart earlier than scheduled to/from the Resort, in which case, the Seaplane Company nor the Resort assume liability for any related expenses of the guests.
